Формування конкурентних переваг морського порту

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти управління формуванням конкурентих переваг морського порту. Проведено аналіз особливості функціонування морських портів. Шляхом порівняння проведено оцінку конкурентів за кількісними та якісними показниками. Виявлені сильні та слабкі сторонни діяльності підприємства за допомогою SNW-аналізу та EFAS-аналізу. Запропоновані заходи з прискорення процесу вивантежння, які підвищять конкурентоспроможності морського порту.Thesis consists of two chapters. Object of study is state enterprise Sea Commercial Port "South". The qualifying paper considers the theoretical aspects of management of formation of competitive advantages of the seaport. The analysis of features of functioning of seaports is carried out. By comparison, the evaluation of competitors by quantitative and qualitative indicators was carried out separately. Identifying a number of strengths and weaknesses using SNW analysis and EFAS analysis. Measures are proposed to accelerate the process of depopulation, which will increase the competitiveness of the seaport.
