Дефіцит Державного бюджету України та механізм його фінансування

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти поняття дефіциту Державного бюджету, його сутності та причин виникнення. Також вивчено механізм фінансування дефіциту Державного бюджету. Проаналізовано практику формування дефіциту Державного бюджету України протягом 2015-2019 рр. та стан і структуру фінансування дефіциту державного бюджету протягом 2015-2019 рр. Також проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід управління дефіцитом бюджету Запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності дії механізму фінансування дефіциту Державного бюджету України.

The paper deal swith the theoretical aspects of the concept of the State Budget deficit, its nature and causes. The mechanism of financing the state budget deficit has also been studied. The practice of forming the State Budget Deficit of Ukraine during 2015-2019 and the state and structure of financing the state budget deficit during 2015-2019 areanalyzed. The foreign experience of managing the budget deficit is also analyzed. The ways of increasing the effectiveness of the mechanism of financing the deficit of the State Budget of Ukraine are proposed.
