Логістичні потоки в енергетичному господарстві підприємства

Abstract

У статті запропоновано розглядати енергетичне господарство підприємства в рамках логістичного підходу. Оскільки основним об’єктом управління в логістиці є потоки, автор пропонує виділити всередині енергетичного господарства потоки енергетичних ресурсів, енергетичні потоки, інформаційні, фінансові та інші потоки. Потоки енергетичних ресурсів, на думку автора, варто розглядати як матеріальні потоки. Виділено особливості енергетичних потоків в енергетичному господарстві підприємства. Запропоновано розглядати енергетичні потоки та потоки енергетичних ресурсів як основні всередині енергетичного гос¬подарства підприємства та як супутні по відношенню до матеріальних потоків промислового підприємства у цілому. Дано стислу характеристику зазначених потоків в енергетичному господарстві підприємства.

The objective of this article is to define the main logistic flows in enterprise energy system and to characterize them in order to increase the efficiency of their management. Energy supply at an enterprise requires the application of system approach in energy management, which is based on cross-cutting consideration of energy supply, production and distribution processes. Using of logistics will make it possible to optimize the structure of enterprise energy system, as logistics provides the best addressing customer’s needs at minimum cost. It is proposed to consider the energy system of the enterprise within the framework of the logistic approach in the article. Since the main subject of management in logistics is flows, the author proposes to consider flows of energy resources, energy flows, infor¬mational, financial and other flows within enterprise energy system. Therefore, it is possible to study the enterprise energy system as a logistic system. The author proposes to consider the flows of energy resources as material flows. The features of energy flows in the enterprise energy system are highlighted. It is suggested to consider energy flows and flows of energy resources as the main flows of the enterprise energy system and as related ones to the material flows (raw materials, work-in-progress, finished products) of the industrial enterprise as a whole. The definitions of above mentioned logistical flows in enterprise energy system are given. A brief description of these flows in the energy sector of the enterprise is given. It is highlighted that today there is a new area of logistics, name¬ly energy logistics. It is the science of management and optimization of energy flows, flows of energy resources, flows of related services, as well as informational and financial flows, which are connected to them. Energy logistics provides the complex approach to the planning, organization, control and coordination of the logistic processes of the energy supply system. The application of the instruments of energy logistic allows to increase the efficiency of energy system and the enterprise as a whole.
