Implementation of adaptation to changes as a company’s management element

Abstract

Code and the object of the research support the adaptation to changes enterprises management in modern conditions. The purpose of research is the improvement of the theoretical approach to the method of management mechanism adaptation enterprises to the changes. The scientifically grounded management of the enterprise`s activity is a key to the formation of its competitiveness in the long-term perspective. Just taking into account theoretical developments gives modern enterprises the opportunity to adapt to market conditions and compete on it. Management of the company's activity, built on a scientific basis, creates a competitive advantage for the enterprise and provides the basis for gradual adaptation to constantly changing conditions. Modern enterprises need to manage adaptive changes from the point of view of forming an adaptive management mechanism - at the level of management of external, internal and administrative changes.

З метою формування ефективного механізму управління адаптацією підприємств до змін було проведено дослідження теоретико-методичних засад управління адаптацією діяльності підприємств до змін. Об’єктом дослідження виступає процес управління адаптацією до змін підприємств в сучасних умовах. Науково обґрунтоване управління діяльністю підприємства є запорукою формування його конкурентоспроможності у довгостроковій перспективі. Тільки врахування теоретичних розробок надають сучасним підприємствам можливість пристосовуватись до умов ринку та конкурувати на ньому. Управління діяльністю підприємства, що побудоване на сформованому на наукових засадах механізмі управління створює конкурентні переваги для підприємства та підґрунтя для поступової адаптації до постійно змінюваних умов рику. Сучасним підприємствам необхідно управляти адаптаційними змінами з точки зору формування адаптивного механізму управління – на рівні управління зовнішніми, внутрішніми та адміністративними змінами.
