Abstract

У статті розглянуто процес оцінки ефективності впровадження механізму адаптації діяльності до змін у зовнішньому середовищі діяльності підприємства. Узагальнено теоретичні напрацювання у сфері оцінки ефективності змін на підприємстві, запропоновано оцінку ефективніості змін у результаті впровадження механізму адаптації підприємства до змін проводити за схемою, яка складається із чотирьох основних етапів: оцінка змін у зовнішньому середовищі діяльності підприємства на основі застосування PEST-аналізу; оцінка змін у внутрішньому середовищі діяльності підприємства; оцінка інтегрального показника ефективності змін на підприємстві завдяки впровадженню механізму адаптації підприємства до змін, що враховує зміни у зовнішньому та внутрішньому середовищі діяльності підприємства; оцінка інтегрального показника ефективності змін на підприємстві, що враховує зміни у зовнішньому та внутрішньому середовищі діяльності підприємства, та рівень сприйняття персоналом змін.

The development and implementation of a mechanism for adapting the company to change is a necessary component of the overall enterprise management system. This mechanism must be able to respond flexibly to constant changes in the enterprise's activities in the external and internal environment. In the conditions of constant instability and dynamic changes in the activities of enterprises, the question of assessing the effectiveness of the certain changes introduction of in the enterprise is very important. In order to form an effective mechanism for managing adaptive changes at enterprises, a study was made of theoretical and methodological principles of adaptive changes management in the activities of enterprises and focused on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the adaptation mechanism. The object of the study of this article is the process of assessing the effectiveness of the mechanism of activities adaptation to changes implementation in the external environment of the enterprise. Summarizing theoretical developments in the field of assessing the effectiveness of changes in the enterprise, the evaluation of the effectiveness of changes as a result of the introduction of the mechanism of adaptation of the enterprise to the changes is carried out according to the scheme, which consists of four main stages: assessment of changes in the external environment of the enterprise based on the application PEST-analysis; assessment of changes in the internal environment of the enterprise; estimation of integral indicator of the efficiency of changes in the enterprise due to introduction of the mechanism of adaptation of the enterprise to changes, taking into account changes in the external and internal environment of the enterprise; estimation of the integral indicator of the efficiency of changes in the enterprise, taking into account changes in the external and internal environment of the enterprise, and the level of perception of personnel changes. This technique can be used as one of the components of the model and stages of forming the mechanism of adaptation of the enterprise to the changes, as it makes it possible, in a simplified form, to analyze the effectiveness of the selected variations of the changes for the investigated enterprise.
