Розвиток теоретичних засад системи аналізу та оцінки адаптаційних можливостей підприємств

Abstract

Метою статті є дослідження теоретичних підходів до формування системи аналізу та оцінки адаптаційних можливостей підприємств, її основних компонент, методів, етапів та їх впливу на можливості системи адаптації підприємств. У статті проаналізовано сучасні теоретичні підходи до визначення понять «адаптаційний потенціал» та «адаптаційні можливості». Запропоноване визначення даних понять. У статті висвітлені основні етапи проведення аналізу та оцінки адаптаційних можливостей підприємств. Етапи аналізу та оцінки адаптаційних можливостей підприємств можна розподілити на два основні боки: інформаційний та аналітичний, кожний із яких має свої специфічні методи та засоби дослідження. Виявлено, що глибина та інструментарій проведення процесу аналізу та оцінки адаптаційних можливостей залежить від мети такого дослідження. Слідування теоретично обґрунтованим етапам аналізу та оцінки адаптаційних можливостей підприємств спрощує дану процедуру та надає одну із головних переваг підприємствам – зекономлений час. Такий підхід надає можливості підприємствам комплексно підійти до формування системи адаптації, використовуючи світові теоретичні надбання у сфері аналізу та оцінки адаптаційних можливостей підприємств.

The aim of the article is studying theoretical approaches to the formation of a analyzing and assessing the adaptive capacity of enterprises system, their main components, methods, stages and their impact on the capabilities of the enterprise adaptation system. The article analyzes modern theoretical approaches to the definitions "adaptive potential" and "adaptive capabilities". The definitions of these concepts are proposed. The article highlights the main stages of the analysis and assessment of enterprise adaptability. Stages of analysis and assessment of enterprise adaptability can be divided into two main blocks: informational and analytical, each of them has its own specific methods and means of research. It was found that the depth and the tools for carrying out the process of analyzing and evaluating adaptive possibilities depend on the purpose of such an investigation. Following the theoretically grounded stages of the analysis and assessment enterprises adaptive capabilities that simplifies this procedure and provides one of the main advantages for enterprises – save their time. This provides an opportunity for an enterprise to approach the formation of an adaptation system in a comprehensive way, using the world's theoretical achievements in the analysis and assessment of adaptation opportunities. The existing adaptation system without a thorough analysis and assessment of adaptation opportunities does not set competitive advantages for the enterprise and does not have the ability to respond flexibly to changes in the external and internal environment, and, on the contrary, can worsen the state of the enterprise.
