Тенденції розвитку підприємництва в Україні

Abstract

У статті розглянуто динамічні умови господарювання вимагають високоефективної діяльності суб’єктів у будь-якій сфері, проте діяльність сучасних підприємств супроводжується високим рівнем конкуренції та невизначеності. Формування ефективного механізму адаптації підприємств створить передумови для підвищення конкурентоздатності сучасних підприємств та подальшого розвитку економіки країни. Проте ефективний механізм адаптації підприємств до змін повинен базуватись на врахуванні тенеденцій розвитку підприємництва в країні, що відмінні для кожної країни у сучасному динамічному світі. Підприємництво в Україні нарощує свої обсяги, проте відзначаються деякі негативні структурні зрушення у бік зростання спекулятивної діяльності на території країни та зменшення ефективності використання ресурсів у процесі діяльності. Сучасні українські підприємства постійно працюють в умовах політичної, економічної, соціальної та науково-технологічної нестабільності. Вирішенню проблем боротьби із нестабільністю може сприяти формування підприємствами гнучкого механізму адаптації підприємств до змін, що, в першу чергу, базується на усвідомленні ними сучасних тенденцій, що відбуваються у зовнішньому середовищі їх діяльності.

Dynamic conditions of economic activity require highly effective activities of entities in any sphere, but the activity of modern enterprises is accompanied by a high level of competition and uncertainty. Purpose. The purpose of the article is theoretical substantiation of processes and tendencies that reflect the dynamics of entrepreneurship in Ukraine at the present stage. The formation of an effective mechanism for adapting enterprises will create the preconditions for increasing the competitiveness of modern enterprises and further development of the country's economy. Results. In Ukraine the number of business entities has slightly decreased. The number of individuals-entrepreneurs was more likely to hurt. This tendency testifies to the ineffectiveness of measures of state power on interaction and stimulation of self-employment of people on the territory of the country. Self-employed entrepreneurs are the driving force behind the development of the economy of any country, a means to overcome the problems of low solvency and unemployment in the state. In the structure of expenses of business entities in Ukraine for the period from 2013 to 2017, the share of material expenses increased and the share of labor costs and deductions on social measures decreased. This tendency negatively characterizes the development of the country's economy, that is, the country does not implement innovative technologies that create opportunities for saving material resources, but at the same time, technologies are introduced to save human resources and expenses associated with them. This tendency can promote the development of unemployment and reduce the solvency of the population in the country. The largest increase in material costs in agriculture and industry. Although this tendency is characteristic of most types of economic activity in Ukraine. It is also associated with inflationary processes in the country and the dependence of most areas of activity on imported material resources. Conclusions. Entrepreneurship in Ukraine is increasing its volumes, but some negative structural changes are noted in the direction of the growth of speculative activity on the territory of the country, and the reduction of the efficiency of the use of resources in the process of activity. An effective mechanism for adapting enterprises to change should be based on the trends of entrepreneurial development in the country, which have their own differences for each country in the modern dynamic world.
