В складних ринкових умовах господарювання перед вітчизняними підприємствами постає завдання збереження ринків збуту та підвищення ефективності діяльності. Формування інтелектуальної власності є важливим напрямком підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Управління цими процесами потребує застосування новітніх методів та інструментів. Важливим аспектом постає оцінювання ефективності управління цими процесами. Економічна наука пропонує сьогодні широкий набір інструментів оцінювання ефективності управління. Тому правильний вибір методології та інструментарію оцінювання є складним завданням. Багато науковців присвятили свої дослідження проблемам аналізу та визначенню методичних засад оцінювання ефективності управління, що ускладнює завдання вибору кращої методики.

The formation of intellectual property is an important way to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise. Management of these processes requires the use of the latest methods and tools. An important aspect is to assess the effectiveness of management of these processes. Economics today offers a wide range of tools for evaluating the effectiveness of management. Therefore, the correct choice of assessment methodology and tools is a difficult task. Many scientists have devoted their research to the problems of analysis and determination of methodological principles for evaluating the effectiveness of management, which complicates the task of choosing the best methodology.
