Abstract

У статті розглянуто інноваційні технології автоматизації діяльності підприємств готельної індустрії, серед яких системи самозаселення, мобільні додатки, чат-боти, штучний інтелект, блокчейн, інтернет речей та ін. Проаналізовано функціональні можливості цих інноваційних засобів підтримки роботи готелів, визначено їх переваги та недоліки.The article discusses innovative technologies for automating the activities of enterprises in the hotel industry, including self-population systems, mobile applications, chat bots, artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of things, etc. The functionality of these innovative means of supporting the operation of hotels is analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages are identified.
