Abstract

У монографії розкриті теоретичні, нормативно-правові та прикладні засади розвитку фінансової системи Україні. Дослідження поглиблюється розкриттям тенденцій розвитку бюджетної системи, проблем формування територіальних бюджетів. Оцінюється досягнутий ступінь фінансової децентралізації. Окремо приділена увага проблематиці управління бюджетними коштами. Розкривається фіскальний потенціал податкової системи України, перспективи її екологізації. Проведено оцінювання ефективності управління державними фінансами. Розглянута фінансова безпека України.
