Формування елементів стратегії управління персоналом підприємства

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти стратегії управління персоналом підприємства, досліджено сутність категорії «персонал», приділено увагу визначенню та класифікації стратегій та розглянуто елементи стратегії управління персоналом підприємства. Проаналізовано основні техніко-економічні показники діяльності підприємства, надано характеристику господарської діяльності та приділено увагу аналізу стратегії управлінні персоналом підприємства. Запропоновано формування елементів стратегії управління персоналом ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад» за напрямком зростання ефективності використання персоналу на підприємстві в розрізі розвитку та мотивації персоналу.Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of the personnel management strategy of the enterprise, the meaning of "personnel" are investigated it was focused on the definition and classification of personnel management strategies and elements of personnel management strategies are considered. Main operating rates have been analysed: process performance metrics are calculated; the description of economic activity in the enterprise is provide; it was focused on the analisis of the personnel management strategy of the enterprise. It is suggested formation of the personnel management strategy elements of LLC “Telecart-Pribor” in the direction of increasing labour force performance at the enterprise in terms of staff development and motivation.
