Формування конкурентної стратегії на засадах концепції бережливого виробництва

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти формування конкурентних стратегій. Досліджено основи концепції бережливого виробництва. Запропоновано схему формування конкурентної стратегії на засадах концепції бережливого виробництва на основі циклу Демінга. Проаналізовано внутрішнє та зовнішнє середовище ТОВ «Міжнародний аеропорт «Одеса». Сформовано основні бізнес-процеси на основі методу контекстної діаграми IDEF0. Виявлено втрати виробничого процесу. Розроблено заходи щодо зменшення втрат на основі концепції бережливого виробництва.The work is considered theoretical aspects of of formation of competitive stategies. The basics of the concept of lean production are studied. The scheme of formation of competitive strategy based on lean production concept is proposed based on the PDCA cycle. Analysis of the internal and external environment of LLC "International airport "Odesa" is provided. The main business processes were formed based on the IDEF0 contextual diagram method. Wastes of the production process were revealed. Measures to reduce detected problems have been developed based on the concept of lean production.
