Проаналізовано тенденції розвитку ресторанного бізнесу та виявлено основні фактори, які впливають на розвиток ресторанного бізнесу під час пандемії. Проаналізовано інноваційні можливості розвитку ресторанного бізнесу та обґрунтовано інноваційний напрям розвитку сервісу доставки ресторану, та доцільність інноваційної технології безконтактних розрахунків за QR-кодом.
