| Abstract: | У роботі розглядаються сутність та основи формування конкурентних переваг підприємства. Проведено аналіз внутрішнього середовища ТОВ «Телекомунікаційні Технології» та розвитку галузі приладобудування. Проведено аналіз конкурентних переваг підприємства. Встановлено основні переваги та загрози підприємства. Запропоновано заходи щодо формування конкурентних переваг з лідирування за витратами, та обґрунтовано їх доцільність. The essence and bases of formation of competitive advantages of the enterprise are considered in the work. The analysis of the internal environment of LLC "Telecommunication Technologies" and the development of the instrument making industry is carried out. The analysis of competitive advantages of the enterprise is carried out. The main advantages and threats of the enterprise are established. Proposed measures for the formation of competitive advantages in cost leadership, and justified their feasibility. |
