| Abstract: | У роботі досліджена сутність поняття "конкурентна перевага", вивчено класифікацію його конкурентних переваг. Проаналізовано ринок послуг крюінга України з використанням методу п’яти конкурентних сил М. Портера. Обґрунтовано та розроблено заходи щодо формування конкурентних переваг ТОВ "СТМА". The master thesis investigates the concept of the term «competitive advantages», studies the classification of the advantages. Author analyzed service market of crewing in Ukraine using the method of five competitive forces of M. Porter. Author substantiated and developed measures to form competitive advantages of the LLC «STMA». |
