Система фінансування охорони здоров’я в Україні

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – система фінансового забезпечення охорони здоров'я на сучасному етапі. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади фінансування соціальних функцій держави, історичні зміни у структурі фінансування соціальних функцій держави, трансформація системи фінансування охорони здоровя. Досліджені сучасні методи фінансування медичних послуг в Україні, джерела фінансування охорони здоровя в Україні, особливості організації фінансування за видами медичної допомоги. Розроблені вектори подальшого реформування системи охорони здоровя в Україні.

Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study - system of the financial providing of health care on the modern stage. Theoretical principles of financing of social functions of the state, historical changes, are in-process examined in the structure of financing of social functions of the state, transformation of the system of financing of health care. The modern methods of financing of medical services are investigational in Ukraine, sourcings of health care in Ukraine, feature of organization of financing on the types of medicare. The vectors of subsequent reformation of the system of health care are developed in Ukraine.
