Інформаційно-комунікаційні технології як динамізуючий фактор розвитку держави

Abstract

Представлено характерні риси сучасного інформаційного простору та фактори впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Розглянуто парадокс розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційного сектору світової економіки та обґрунтовано надзвичайно короткий життєвий цикл продукції даної сфери виробництва. Наведено модифікацію індустріальних (механічних) технологій до інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Простежено участь інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в ланцюжку створення валовий доданій вартості. Представлено динаміка розвитку ІТ-галузі та експорту ІТ-послуг в Україні за 10 років. Розраховано лінійний тренд розвитку ІТ- послуг в Україні до 2022 року, побудований за методом екстраполяції. Виявлено фактори, які позитивно впливають на розвиток інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в Україні.The characteristic features of the modern information space and the factors of implementation of information and communication technologies are presented. The paradox of the development of the information and communication sector of the world economy is considered and the short life cycle of products in this sphere of production is substantiated. Modification of industrial (mechanical) technologies in information and communication technologies is given. The participation of information and communication technologies in the gross added value chain is traced. The presented dynamics of development of the IT-industry and the export of IT-services in Ukraine for 10 years. A linear trend in the development of IT-services in Ukraine until 2022, built by the extrapolation method, has been calculated. The factors that have a positive effect on the development of information and communication technologies in Ukraine have been identified.
