Статистична оцінка земельного фонду України

Abstract

У статті досліджено процес формування ринку земель сільськогосподарського призначення на сучасному етапі розвитку економіки. Охарактеризовано земельно-ресурсний потенціал України. Розглянуто структуру земельного фонду України. Проаналізовано структуру сільськогосподарських угідь України за формами власності. Висвітлено основні проблеми використання земельних ресурсів. Виділено низку чинників, які стримують розвиток вітчизняного ринку сільськогосподарських земель. Акцентовано увагу на реалізації державної земельної політики.

The article investigates the formation of the agricultural land market at the present stage of economic development. The land-resource potential of Ukraine is characterized. The structure of the land fund of Ukraine is considered. The structure of agricultural lands of Ukraine by type of ownership is analyzed. The main problems of land resources use are highlighted. A number of factors that impede the development of the domestic agricultural land market are highlighted. Emphasis is placed on the implementation of the state land policy.
