Соціально-економічні наслідки впливу пандемії на стан безробіття в Україні

Abstract

Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням визначення соціально економічних наслідків впливу пандемії на безробіття в Україні. Проаналізовано динаміку безробіття в Україні та його вплив на економічне становище держави. Досліджено динаміку молодіжного безробіття в Україні у порівнянні з країнами ЄС та чинники, що на неї впливають. Окреслено ступінь впливу пандемії на безробіття, в тому числі в регіональному розрізі. В ході дослідження встановлено, що пандемія – це екзогенна причина виникнення безробіття, яка призводить до значних економічних і соціальних втрат: недовироблена продукція, скорочення податкових надходжень, зменшення купівельної спроможності, зниження рівня життя, підвищення значного навантаження на працюючих осіб та інші. Безробіття призводить до того, що населення шукає гідну оплату і умови праці і виїжджає за кордон, що посилює економічну та соціальну кризу в Україні та призводить до закриття вітчизняних підприємств.

The article is devoted to topical issues of determining the socio-economic consequences of the impact of the pandemic on unemployment in Ukraine. The dynamics of unemployment in Ukraine and its impact on the economic situation of the state are analyzed. The dynamics of youth unemployment in Ukraine in comparison with the EU countries and the factors that affect it have been investigated. The degree of influence of the pandemic on unemployment has been determined, including in the regional context. The study found that a pandemic is an exogenous cause of unemployment, which leads to significant economic and social losses: non-produced products, reduced tax revenues, reduced purchasing power, reduced living standards, a significant increase in the burden on working people, and others. The aim of the article is to study unemployment as a socio-economic problem of the population of Ukraine, as well as the degree of impact of the pandemic on unemployment in Ukraine. The object of research is unemployment in Ukraine and the state employment policy on the way to overcoming it. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical aspects of the impact of the pandemic on unemployment in Ukraine and the formation of proposals on ways to reduce it. The methodological basis of the study is the dialectical method as a general way of scientific knowledge of socio-economic phenomena and processes. Methods of comparison, analysis and synthesis were used to analyze unemployment as a socio-economic phenomenon. The theoretical positions and conclusions put forward in the article are substantiated on the basis of the principles of dialectical logic. Along with the theoretical article uses quantitative analysis of materials. The graphical analysis compares the actual data in the tables, graphs and figures and on this basis makes practical conclusions and suggestions on how to overcome the impact of the pandemic on unemployment in Ukraine. Based on the results of the study of unemployment trends, specific, substantiated conclusions were developed and proposals were made on ways to overcome unemployment in Ukraine, as well as on the creation and preservation of jobs.
