The famous economist VV Rostow considers the collapse of traditional society in the Great Britain, where the necessary and sufficient conditions have been reached to begin the recovery phase. This was the result of the coincidence of many independent circumstances - coincidences, as in after as it happened, it is impossible to go back, like lost innocence [1, p. 52]. |
