Монетарна політика в умовах розвитку цифрових валют

Abstract

Інформатизація, діджиталізація та глобалізація – об’єктивні та невід’ємні риси розвитку сучасних економічних відносин і монетарної економіки. Настає нова технологічна ера, яка створює передумови скорочення розривів між фізичним та цифровим світом завдяки можливостям, що вводяться за допомогою токенізації та програмованості. Визначені вище тенденції зумовлюють глобальні трансформації економічних й фінансових еко-систем, форм та сутності сучасних грошей, відповідно, необхідним стане й адаптація регуляторного ландшафту. Вагомим чинником цих трансформацій є виникнення та розвиток цифрових валют. Саме тому наразі науковці, менеджмент компаній різних секторів економіки, регулятори, у т.ч. й центральні банки, споживачі фінансових послуг та інші економічні суб’єкти зацікавлені у вивченні питань розвитку віртуальних активів у цілому та цифрових валют зокрема.

Informatization, digitalization and globalization - objective and integral features of development modern economic relations and monetary economy. A new technological era is coming, which creates the preconditions for reducing the gaps between the physical and digital worlds due to opportunities introduced through tokenization and programmability. Defined above trends determine the global transformation of economic and financial ecosystems, forms and essence of modern money, accordingly, adaptation of a regulatory landscape will become necessary also. An important factor in these transformations is the emergence and development of digital currencies. That is why currently scientists, management of companies in various sectors of the economy, regulators, including and central banks, consumers of financial services and other economic entities are interested in studying the issues development of virtual assets in general and digital currencies in particular.
