Оптимізація логістичної діяльності переробного підприємства

Abstract

Мета статті полягає у формуванні теоретичних засад і практичних рекомендацій щодо оптимізації логістичної діяльності переробного підприємства сільськогосподарської продукції. Методика. Запропоновано напрями формування транспортно-логістичного процесу на підприємстві на основі прогнозування обсягу перевезень підприємства за допомогою «моделі розвитку». Результати. Визначено особливості транспортного-логістичного процесу переробного підприємства. Проведено оцінку економічної ефективності оптимізаційних напрямів. Практична значимість. Отримані результати дослідження можуть бути використані переробними підприємствами для оптимізації логістичної діяльності шляхом розробки транспортно-технологічних схем механізації навантажувально-розвантажувальних робіт та вибору найбільш ефективних маршрутів доставки продукції до замовників.

The purpose of the article is to form theoretical principles and practical recommendations for optimizing the logistics activities of the processing enterprise of agricultural products. Method. The directions of formation of transport and logistics process at the enterprise on the basis of forecasting of volume of transportations of the enterprise by means of «development model» are offered. Results. The peculiarities of the transport and logistics process of the processing enterprise are determined. The most effective way to increase efficiency and productivity, which does not require significant costs - is the introduction of logistics concepts in production. One of the conditions for the effective formation and implementation of logistics processes in the provision of freight traffic is to take into account the systemic relationship between the individual links of technological and management subsystems of transport services. In order to be able to sell granulated sugar of their own production, local producers are invited to calculate possible options for delivery routes and choose the best option, as well as offer packaging technology, purchase of loading and unloading equipment and a suitable brand of rolling stock. The assessment of economic efficiency of optimization directions is carried out. Scientific novelty was further developed by theoretical provisions and methodological support for optimizing the logistics activities of the enterprise for processing agricultural products. Practical importance. The obtained research results can be used by processing enterprises to optimize logistics activities by developing transport and technological schemes of mechanization of loading and unloading operations and selection of the most effective routes for delivery of products to customers; forecasting the volume of traffic for future periods using a mathematical model of development; implementation of economic justification of design decisions.
