Розробка стратегії економічного і соціального розвитку маяківської громади

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження. Соціально-економічний розвиток територіальних громад є важливим показником оцінки рівня розвитку держави. Розвиток місцевого самоврядування та створення територіальних громад передбачає насамперед підвищення фінансової спроможності, інвестиційної та економічної привабливості територій для комфортного проживання громадян Методологія. Методологію дослідження формують визначення цілей, завдань, пріоритетів і напрямків сталого місцевого економічного розвитку Маяківської об’єднаної територіальної громади з урахуванням потреб та інтересів громади. Результати. Основною метою статті є оцінка основних показників соціально-економічного розвитку Маякський об'єднаної територіальної громади, на основі якої запропоновано пріоритети стратегії її економічного і соціального розвитку до 2025 року. У роботі проведено аналіз соціально-економічного розвитку Маяківської громади за різними показниками та змінами що відбулися на території громади. Визначено сучасний стан соціально-економічного розвитку Маяківської об’єднаної територіальної громади, динаміку розвитку медицини, розвитку шкіл та дошкільних закладів. У ході дослідження соціально-економічного розвитку було представлено стратегія розвитку економічного та розвитку Маяківської об’єднаної територіальної громади. Наукова новизна. Наукова новизна полягає в апробації і практичному застосуванні алгоритму розробки стратегії економічного і соціального розвитку території стосовно конкретної сільської об'єднаної територіальній громаді. Практична та (або) теоретична значущість. Отримані результати в подальшому будуть використані для розробки концептуальних моделей для аналогічних сільських об'єднаних територіальних громад на регіональному рівні.

Object of study. The socio-economic development of territorial communities is an important indicator of assessing the level of development of the state. The development of local self-government and the creation of territorial communities presupposes, first of all, an increase in the financial solvency, investment and economic attractiveness of territories for the comfortable living of citizens. Methodology. The research methodology is formed by the definition of goals, objectives, priorities and directions of sustainable local economic development of the Mayakovsky united territorial community, taking into account the needs and interests of society. Results. The main purpose of the article is to assess the main indicators of the socio-economic development of the Mayak united territorial community, on the basis of which the priorities of the strategy of its economic and social development until 2025 are proposed. The paper analyzes the socio-economic development of the Mayakovsky community according to various indicators and changes that have occurred on the territory of the community. The current state of the socio-economic development of the Mayakovsky united territorial community, the dynamics of the development of medicine, the development of schools and preschool institutions have been determined. In the course of the study of socio-economic development, a strategy for the development of economic and social development of the Mayakovsky united territorial community was presented. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty lies in the approbation and practical application of the algorithm for developing a strategy for the economic and social development of the territory in relation to a specific rural united territorial community. Practical and / or theoretical significance. The results obtained will be used in the future to develop conceptual models for similar rural united territorial communities at the regional level.
