Особливості управління оборотним капіталом в умовах ринкових трансформацій в Україні

Abstract

Метою дослідження є виявлення та систематизація факторів, що впливають на систему управління оборотним капіталом підприємств в умовах ринкових трансформацій в Україні. Методика У рамках дослідження застосовувались методи узагальнення, порівняння, синтезу та аналізу, емпіричні методи дослідження. Результати Визначено ринкові трансформації як процес переходу ринкових структур з одного якісного стану в інший під дією екзогенних та ендогенних факторів. Проведено систематизацію основних груп факторів ринкових трансформацій в Україні через призму їх впливу на систему управління оборотним капіталом. Окреслено основні чинники зовнішнього впливу на систему управління оборотним капіталом. Практична значимість. Виявлено емпіричні прояви ринкових трансформацій на систему управління оборотним капіталом підприємств. Досліджено існуючі антикризові моделі державного регулювання відтворення оборотного капіталу. Доведено, що система управління оборотним капіталом підприємства повинна досліджуватись через призму ринкових трансформацій в Україні, враховувати їх вплив та специфіку. На сучасному етапі ринкових трансформацій в України першочерговим завданням державної політики має стати системна підтримка відтворення оборотного капіталу підприємств у реальному секторі економіки.

Purpose. The purpose of the study is to identify and systematize the factors influencing the working capital management system of enterprises in the conditions of market transformations in Ukraine. Method.The research used methods of generalization, comparison, synthesis and analysis, empirical research methods. Results Market transformations are defined as the process of transition of market structures from one qualitative state to another under the influence of exogenous and endogenous factors. The systematization of the main groups of factors of market transformations in Ukraine through the prism of their influence on the working capital management system is carried out. It is determined that the fundamental difference of domestic market transformations lies in the revolutionary nature of their implementation. The existing tools of the Western school of financial management in the field of working capital are not acceptable for domestic enterprises, as its main effective tools are related to the functioning of a developed system of market economy institutions. Working capital management of domestic enterprises takes place in conditions when there are no clear "rules of the game", the judiciary operates on corruption schemes, there are no conditions of fair competition, corporate culture. The main factors of external influence on the working capital management system are outlined. Scientific novelty. The influence of market transformations on the working capital management system of enterprises in Ukraine is studied. The main factors of external influence on the working capital management system are identified and systematized. Practical importance. Empirical manifestations of market transformations on the working capital management system of enterprises are revealed. The existing anti-crisis models of state regulation of working capital reproduction are studied. It is proved that the working capital management system of the enterprise should be studied through the prism of market transformations in Ukraine, taking into account their impact and specificity. At the present stage of market transformations in Ukraine, the priority task of state policy should be the systematic support of the reproduction of working capital of enterprises in the real sector of the economy.
