Оцінка впливу факторів зовнішнього середовища на розвиток підприємницьких мереж в Україні

Abstract

Метою дослідження стало визначення складу факторів зовнішнього середовища та оцінка їх впливу на розвиток підприємницьких мереж в Україні. Методика. Дослідження передбачало використання тесту Грейнджера, автоасоціативних нейронних мереж, кластерного, кореляційного аналізу, інтегральної оцінки. Результати. Визначено фактори зовнішнього середовища, що впливають на розвиток підприємницьких мереж, та встановлено їх дестабілізуючий вплив на ефективність функціонування машинобудівних мережевих підприємств Харківської області. Наукова новизна. Аргументована система деструктивних чинників розвитку мережації бізнесу на основі визначення інституціональних та конвенціальних особливостей розвитку господарської діяльності. Запропоновано підхід до визначення факторів зовнішнього середовища, що впливають на розвиток підприємницьких мереж, який передбачає розрахунок інтегральних значень факторів для комплексної оцінки перспектив та загроз розвитку підприємств. Практична значимість. Отримані результати можуть бути використані промисловими підприємствами мережевого типу в процесі планування та прогнозування їх розвитку, а також органами державної влади при розробці стратегії розвитку підприємництва.

The study aimed to determine the composition of environmental factors and assess their impact on the development of business networks in Ukraine. Method. Using the Granger test, established a cause-and-effect relationship between the indicators of the external environment and the indicators of the efficiency of the functioning of network enterprises. The methods of neural network modeling (auto-associative neural networks), cluster, correlation analysis, and an integral assessment were used to determine the environmental factors affecting network enterprises' efficiency. Results. The factors of the external environment influencing the development of entrepreneurial networks are the factor of promoting the development of entrepreneurship, the investment attractiveness of the country, the innovative development of the economy, economic freedom, the economic attractiveness of the industry, the political factor, the factor of public administration efficiency and the factor of human capital development. Based on the results of the analysis of the dynamics of the factors of the network external environment, determined their destabilizing influence on the efficiency machine-building network enterprises of the Kharkiv region due to the low level of development of factors and the absence of a stable trend of their growth during 2010-2019. Scientific novelty. The system of destructive factors in developing a business network is argued based on the definition of institutional and traditional features of economic development. An approach to the determination of environmental factors influencing the development of business networks is proposed, which calculates the integral values of the factors and making it possible to comprehensively assess the prospects and threats for the development of an enterprise. Practical importance. Certain dynamics and levels of development of factors can be used by industrial enterprises of Ukraine of a network type in planning and forecasting their development, as well as by public authorities in developing a business development strategy at the micro and macro levels.
