Облік, контроль та оподаткування малих підприємств (на прикладі ТОВ «Антей Сан»)

Abstract

У роботі з метою розкриття теоретичних основ системи обліку та оподаткування досліджено нормативне регулювання обліку та оподаткування на малих підприємствах, порядок формування обліку. Вивчення облікової політики дозволило з’ясувати проблемні питання та запропонувати шляхи їх вирішення на малих підприємствах. На підставі огляду діючої практики на ТОВ «Антей Сан» розглянуто документування господарських операцій та організацію обліку та звітності у системі оподаткування. Проведено аналіз фінансових результатів ТОВ «Антей Сан», визначено теоретико-прикладні основи фінансового контролю на малому підприємстві та окреслено проблемні аспекти і перспективи розвитку малих підприємств в Україні.In order to reveal the theoretical foundations of the system of accounting and taxation, the normative regulation of accounting and taxation in small enterprises, the order of formation of accounting is studied. The study of accounting policies allowed to identify problematic issues and suggest ways to solve them in small businesses. Based on the review of current practice at Antey San LLC, the documentation of business transactions and the organization of accounting and reporting in the taxation system are considered. The analysis of financial results of LLC "Ante Sun" is carried out, the theoretical and applied bases of financial control at the small enterprise are defined and the problematic aspects and prospects of development of small enterprises in Ukraine are outlined.
