Напрями вдосконалення діяльності готелю «Fontan Prestige» з надання додаткових послуг

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються нормативно-правові та науково-теоретичні основи обслуговування споживачів на підприємствах готельного господарства, сучасні підходи до надання додаткових готельних послуг. Проведено аналіз господарської діяльності та організаційної структури готелю «Fontan Prestige», досліджено стан конкурентного середовища готелю, наведено динаміку показників розвитку підприємства; запропоновано заходи щодо надання додаткових послуг у готелі в умовах адаптивного карантину. Надано рекомендації щодо впровадження додаткових послуг з безпеки обслуговування споживачів у готелі «Fontan Prestige». Впровадження продукту «Термінал розпізнавання обличчя та безконтактного дезінфікування рук споживачами готельних послуг» спрямовано на підвищення рівня безпеки гостей в умовах карантинних обмежень. Проведено прогнозний розрахунок економічної ефективності витрат на його впровадження.

The work deals with the normative legal, scientific, and theoretical bases of people`s servicing within the hotel industry and, also, modern approaches to rendering additional hotel services. An analysis of the state's efficiency and organizational structure was carried out for the hotel "Fontan Prestige". Huge attention was paid to the analysis of the hotel`s competitive environment, dynamics of the most valuable financial indicators. As a result of the analysis, the measures for providing the additional services within the adaptive quarantine were suggested. The product`s "Thermal designation of exposing the contactless disinfestation of hands by the hospitality of hotel services" implementation is aimed to increase the guest`s safety level during the quarantine restrictions time. The forecast calculation of the terminal implementation was made, as well as the calculation of its efficiency.
