Формування корпоративної культури підприємства ТОВ «ЕЙ-БІ-ПІ»

Abstract

У роботі визначено сутність та роль корпоративної культури в робочому колективі, узагальнено сучасні підходи до вивчення корпоративної культури. Розглянуто організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ «ЕЙ-БІ-ПІ»; досліджена корпоративна культура ТОВ «ЕЙ-БІ-ПІ»; проаналізовано особливості формування корпоративної культури IT компанії. Надано пропозиції щодо покращення корпоративної культури ТОВ «ЕЙ-БІ-ПІ»; рекомендовано підвищення іміджу ТОВ «ЕЙ-БІ-ПІ» як роботодавця, розроблено методи формування культури.Determined the essence and role of corporate culture in the work team, generalized modern approaches to the study of corporate culture. Considered the organizational and economic characteristics of Ltd. «ABP»; researched corporate culture of Ltd. «ABP»; analyzed the peculiarities of the formation of the corporate culture of the IT company. Provided proposals for improving the corporate culture of Ltd. «ABP»; it is recommended to increase the image of Ltd. «ABP» as an employer, developed methods of culture formation.
