Шляхи та резерви підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства (на прикладі ПАТ «Одескабель»)

Abstract

У роботі визначені поняття та сутність конкурентоспроможності підприємства, розглянутий зв'язок конкурентоспроможності підприємства з конкурентоспроможністю продукції, описані фактори, що визначають конкурентоспроможність підприємства промисловості. Проведена коротка характеристика ПАТ «Одескабель», досліджена динаміка показників фінансово-господарської діяльності ПАТ «Одескабель», здійснена оцінка техніко-економічних параметрів, що характеризують ПАТ «Одескабель» і його головних конкурентів. Виявлені резерви підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства, економічно обґрунтовані шляхи зростання конкурентних позицій ПАТ «Одескабель».The concept and essence of the competitiveness of the enterprise are defined in the work, the connection of the competitiveness of the enterprise with the competitiveness of the products is considered, the factors determining the competitiveness of the industrial enterprise are described. A brief description of PJSC "Odeskabel", the dynamics of financial and economic activities of PJSC "Odeskabel", the assessment of technical and economic parameters that characterize PJSC "Odeskabel" and its main competitors. Reserves for increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise have been identified, economically justified ways to increase the competitive position of PJSC "Odeskabel".
