Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні та методичні аспекти інноваційного розвитку підприємств готельного господарства, розкрито економічну сутність інновацій у сфері послуг гостинності, наведено їх класифікацію. Проаналізовано виробничу та інноваційну діяльність та процес надання послуг в готелі «Вояж». Здійснено оцінку інноваційної діяльності підприємства готельного господарства, запропоновано комплекс заходів щодо впровадження інноваційної програми лояльності клієнтів до послуг готелю.The theoretical and methodical aspects of innovative development of hotel enterprises are considered in the work, the economic essence of innovations in the field of hospitality services is revealed, their classification is given. The production and innovation activities and the process of providing services in the Voyage Hotel are analyzed. An assessment of the innovative activity of the hotel industry, a set of measures for the implementation of an innovative program of customer loyalty to hotel services.
