Соціальна політика організації і основні напрями її здійснення у сучасних умовах, на прикладі ПАТ «Одескабель»

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти соціальної політики підприємства. Проаналізовано основні техніко-економічні показники діяльності організації, стан соціальної політики на підприємстві ПАТ «Одескабель». Запропоновано основні напрямки вдосконалення соціальної політики підприємства, сформульовані конкретні рекомендації та пропозиції, щодо усунення існуючих недоліків та покращення стану соціальної політики на ПАТ «Одескабель». Наведено відповідні розрахунки економічного та соціального ефекту.The master's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of research is the process of organization and implementation of social policy of PJSC «Odeskabel». The theoretical aspects of the social policy of the enterprise are considered in the work. The main technical and economic indicators of the organization, the state of social policy at the enterprise PJSC «Odeskabel» are analyzed. The main directions of improving the social policy of the enterprise are proposed, specific recommendations and proposals are formulated to eliminate the existing shortcomings and improve the state of social policy at PJSC «Odeskabel». Relevant calculations of economic and social effect are given.
