The essence, content and features of the image of the enterprise are clarified in the work; the competitiveness of the enterprise and its features are investigated; the competitive strategy and its connection with the image are considered; the general characteristic of LLC "AVTOGRAD ODESA" is given; the assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise was carried out; the image of the enterprise is estimated; identified the main ways to optimize the system of image formation in the enterprise ;. A set of measures to improve the efficiency of image formation is proposed and the effectiveness of the proposed measures is assessed.
