Development of a system for statistical measurement of the influence of digital technologies on the efficiency of management

Abstract

A system of statistical measurement of the impact of digital technologies on management efficiency has been developed. It is determined that in the process of intensification of digitization processes different methodological approaches to statistical measurement of management efficiency have been identified. The indices used to compile international rankings for the development of digital technologies have been established. The existing methodical approaches of statistical measurement of influence are analyzed digitization on the effectiveness of public administration. Therefore, it is determined that there is no uniform method of assessment. The conceptual model of the system of statistical measurement of management efficiency in the conditions of digitalization at the organizational level is constructed. It is substantiated that the model is developed creates a basis for the formation of theoretical and methodological foundations of statistical measurement of the impact of digital technologies on management efficiency

Розроблено систему статистичного вимірювання впливу цифрових технологій на ефективність управління. Визначено, що в процесі активізації процесів цифровізації виокремились різні методичні підходи щодо статистичного вимірювання ефективності управління. Встановлено індекси, що використовуються для складання міжнародних рейтингів розвитку цифрових технологій. Проаналізовано існуючі методичні підходи статистичного вимірювання впливу цифровізації на ефективність державного управління. У зв’язку з цим визначено, що не існує уніфікованого методу оцінки. Побудовано концептуальну модель системи статистичного вимірювання ефективності управління в умовах цифровізації на організаційному рівні. Обґрунтовано, що розроблена модель створює підґрунтя для формування теоретико-методичних основ статистичного вимірювання впливу цифрових технологій на ефективність управління.
