Особливості формування емоційного інтелекту у студентів

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти емоційного інтелекту, як психологічного феномену: структура емоційного інтелекту, показники емоційного інтелекту, чинники, що впливають на емоційний інтелект. Проаналізовано рівень емоційного інтелекту студентів ОНЕУ. Запропоновано заходи психико-профілактичного розвитку емоційного інтелекту у студентів.The work deals with the theoretical aspects emotional intelligence as a psychological phenomenon: the structure of emotional intelligence, indicators of emotional intelligence, factors influencing emotional intelligence. Analyzed the level of emotional intelligence of ONEU students. Suggested measures of mental and preventive development of emotional intelligence in students.
