Управління оборотними коштами підприємства

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти оборотних коштів як економічної категорії: види та функції оборотних коштів, засади управління оборотними коштами на підприємстві. Проаналізовано фінансово-економічний стан підприємства ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад»; проведено аналіз оборотних коштів підприємства ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад». Запропоновано удосконалити організацію та планування обсягу поставок та оптимізувати управління запасами завдяки впровадженню Kanban-системи та вивільнити дебіторську заборгованість за допомогою використання факторингу.Tesis deals with theoretical aspects of working capital as an economic category: types and functions of working capital, the principles of working capital management at the enterprise. Autor analysis financial and economic condition of the Telekart-Prylad LLC enterprise; an analysis of working capital of Telekart-Prylad LLC was carried out. It is proposed to improve the organization and planning of the volume of deliveries and to optimize inventory management thanks to the implementation of the Kanban system and to release the receivables by using factoring.
