Інвестування в персонал організації та його ефективність

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел, додатків. Об’єкт дослідження – процес інвестування в персонал як важлива складова управління і розвитку персонала ТОВ «Pasta&Pizza». Предметом дослідження є сукупність підходів та організаційних засад до формування ефективної системи інвестування у персонал, а також напрямки її вдосконалення на рівні окремого ресторанного господарства. У роботі розглядається сутність та ефективність інвестицій у розвиток персоналу організації. Проаналізовано взаємозв’язок між інвестиціями в людський капітал і розвитком підприємства, проведена комплексна оцінка ефективності управління персоналом компаніії, виявлено та оцінено резерви підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства за рахунок інвестування в співробітників на прикладі ТОВ «Pasta&Pizza», висвітлено міжнародний та вітчизняний досвід інвестування в людський капітал, розроблені рекомендації по розширенню інвестування в персонал досліджуваного підприємства. Запропоновано напрямки вдосконалення процесу інвестування у розвиток персоналу: положення про навчання та розвиток персоналу; удосконалення системм розвитку персоналу, організація ротації кадрів з іншими закладами ресторанного господарства, впровадити метод гейміфікації, проводити навчання персоналу за запропонованою програмою, здійснювати мотивацію наставництва.

The master's qualification work consists of three sections, conclusions, a list of used sources, appendices. The object of the research is the process of investing in personnel as an important component of management and personnel development of "Pasta&Pizza" LLC. The subject of the study is a set of approaches and organizational principles to the formation of an effective system of investment in personnel, as well as directions for its improvement at the level of a separate restaurant economy. The work examines the essence and effectiveness of investments in the development of the organization's personnel. The general investments in human capital and the development of the enterprise was analyzed, a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the company's personnel management was carried out, reserves for improving the efficiency of the enterprise by investing in employees were identified and assessed using the example of "Pasta&Pizza" LLC, the international and domestic experience of investing in human capital was highlighted , developed recommendations for expanding investment in the personnel of the enterprise under study. The directions for improving the process of investing in personnel development are proposed: regulations on personnel training and development; improvement of personnel development systems, organization of personnel rotation with other establishments of the restaurant industry, implementation of the gamification method, training of personnel according to the proposed program, motivation of mentoring.
