Особливості мотивації студентів до навчання

Abstract

Питання мотивації студентів до ефективного навчання набувають своєї актуальності в умовах воєнного стану. Враховуючи війну, студенти повинні розуміти для чого їм необхідно навчатись та отримувати високоякісну освіту і мати бажання отримувати знання для свого майбутнього і для відбудови країни, коли війна закінчиться. Плануючи задіяти різні техніки та прийоми мотивації в освітньому процесі, необхідно пам'ятати, що вони так само не універсальні, як різноманітні самі мотиви до навчання у студентів. Іншими словами, найкраще працює індивідуальний підхід.

The issue of students' motivation for effective learning is gaining relevance in the conditions of martial law. Considering the war, students should understand what they are for it is necessary to study and receive a high-quality education and to have a desire to acquire knowledge for their future and for rebuilding the country when the war is over. Planning to engage different techniques and methods of motivation in the educational process, it is necessary to remember that they are are not universal, just as students' motivations for learning are diverse. In other words, an individual approach works best.
