Актуальні питання удосконалення мотивації праці науково-педагогічного персоналу ЗВО

Abstract

Основою високоефективної діяльності закладу вищої освіти є науково-педагогічний персонал, основними функціями якого є професійна підготовка і виховання спеціалістів відповідного напряму та фахова наукова діяльність, що дозволяє забезпечити галузі і підприємства країни необхідними фахівцями та прогресивний розвиток науки. Реалізація даних функцій також викликає необхідність виконання методичної та організаційної роботи, що у підсумку складає великий за обсягом масив робіт, більшість з яких є творчими. Праця науково-педагогічного персоналу ніколи не була простою і завжди вимагала значних зусиль, постійного саморозвитку, але сьогодні, в умовах тривалої нестабільності, пов’язаної з воєнним станом та воєнними діями на території України (а до цього – карантинними обмеженнями), складним психоемоційним станом населення, у тому числі студентів та викладачів ЗВО, високими темпами інфляції та зубожіння населення виконання даної діяльності ускладнюється.

The basis of the highly effective activity of the institution of higher education is the scientific and pedagogical staff, the main functions of which are the professional training and education of specialists in the relevant field and professional scientific activity, which allows providing the country's industries and enterprises with the necessary specialists and the progressive development of science. The implementation of these functions also calls for the need to perform methodical and organizational work, which in the end constitutes a large array of works, most of which are creative. The work of the scientific and pedagogical staff has never been simple and has always required significant efforts, constant self-development, but today, in the conditions of prolonged instability associated with martial law and military actions on the territory of Ukraine (and before that - quarantine restrictions), a complex psycho-emotional state population, including students and teachers of higher education institutions, high rates of inflation and impoverishment of the population complicate the implementation of this activity.
