Підготовка та захист докторів філософії в ЗВО: проблеми та перспективи

Abstract

Діяльність закладу вищої освіти нерозривно пов’язана з провадженням освітньої діяльності на різних рівнях вищої освіти, наданням освітніх послуг і забезпеченням організації освітнього процесу, підготовкою кваліфікованих фахівців з урахуванням вимог ринку та спеціальностей, що потребує наявності відповідних науково- педагогічних кадрів. З огляду на зазначене, формування потенціалу науково- педагогічних працівників займає одне з провідних місць в ЗВО та вимагає підготовки докторів філософії на третьому (освітньо-науковому) рівні вищої освіти, що є незамінним для багатовимірного та трансформаційного процесу особистісного й професійного зростання науково-педагогічних працівників закладів вищої освіти.

The activity of a higher education institution is inextricably linked with educational activities activity at various levels of higher education, provision of educational services and provision organization of the educational process, training of qualified specialists taking into account requirements of the market and specialties, which requires the availability of appropriate scientific teaching staff. In view of the above, the formation of the potential of scientific teaching staff occupies one of the leading positions in higher education institutions and requires training doctors of philosophy at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education, which is available irreplaceable for the multidimensional and transformational process of personal and professional growth of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions.
