| Abstract: | У статті розкрито сутність поняття рефінансування. Досліджено особливості механізму рефінансування Національного банку України банків другого рівня. Оцінено ефективність використання банками кредитів рефінансування. Проаналізовано особливості рефінансування за останні роки в Україні. Виділені основні проблеми рефінансування та вказані шляхи їх подолання. The article reveals the essence of the concept of refinancing.In the article the features of the mechanism of refinancing National Bank of Ukraine second-tier banks. The effectiveness of banks' use of refinancing loans was assessed. The features of refinancing in recent years in Ukraine are analyzed.The main problems of refinancing, and indicated ways to overcome them. |
