Abstract:	У матеріалі розглядається актуальність застосування кроскультурного менеджменту у глобальному середовищі ведення міжнародного бізнесу. Розкрито функції та основні завдання крос-культурного менеджменту у системі HR Сформульовані крос- культурні компетенціїї менеджменту міжнародних підприємств, що функціонують у глобальному середовищі. The material examines the relevance of the introduction of cross-cultural management in the global environment of conducting international business. The functions and main tasks of cross-cultural management in the HR system are revealed. Cross-cultural management competencies of international enterprises operating in a global environment are formulated.
