Теоретико-методологічні основи дослідження економічного зростання в сучасних умовах

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано методологічні основи дослідження економічного зростання. Обґрунтовано необхідність застосування методу сходження від абстракт- ного до конкретного у аналізі питання економічного зростання у поєднанні з історико-логічними та генетичними прийомами дослідження. Застосовуючи зазначені методо- логічні засади, запропоновано послідовний хід дослідження питання економічного зростання в процесі історико-генетичного руху, зважаючи на загальні та конкретні його відношення. На першому етапі запропоновано розглядати економічне зростання та його природу взагалі. Далі — загальний процес економічного зростання у різних країнах світу, виокремлюючи його абстрактні ознаки та закономірності. На наступному рівні дослідження, беручи до уваги конкретні історично-національні особливості, рекомендовано аналізувати умови та перспективи економічного зростання в сучасних вітчизняних умовах. На завершальному етапі необхідно сформувати реко- мендації щодо інтенсифікації зростання вітчизняної економіки. Питання економічного зростання упродовж тривалого часу залишається одними із головних для будь-якої держави, адже це є показником результативності функціонування національної еко- номіки, найважливішим завданням сталого розвитку і підвищення рівня життя населення. Зважаючи на постійний розвиток суспільства та зміну умов господарювання, економічне зростання лишається об’єктом економічних досліджень різних наукових напрямів, а методи та підходи до пізнання його сутності, якостей, закономірностей розвитку та чинників, що його визначають, проторувало значний еволюційний шлях. Метою статті формування теоретико-методологічних основ дослідження питання економічного зростання в сучасних умовах. Завдання статті передбачають аналіз історично-логічний аналіз підходів до дослідження економічного зростання в еконо- мічній теорії та формування методологічних рекомендацій щодо аналізу економічного зростання в існуючих реаліях.

The methodological bases of researching of economic growth in general are analyzed in the article. The necessity of applying the method of convergence of the abstract to the concrete in the analysis of economic growth in combination with historical- logical and genetic methods of research is substantiated, as it allows carrying out: theoretical analysis of the evolution of the root causes and problems of economic growth in different socio-economic conditions. The essence of the method of ascent from the abstract to the concrete, which is widely used by the economist, is to distinguish several levels of reality in which scientific analysis is conducted. In the researched subject by distraction (abstraction) from various concrete aspects of the phenomenon and allocation of its most typical properties at first the initial category expressing its deepest, qualitative basis is allocated. This is the most general definition of the subject, which expresses the features inherent in all its variations. Based on this, it is possible to investigate specific categories in more detail, taking into account certain conditions of reality. Applying these methodological principles, a consistent course of research on the issue of economic growth in the process of historical and genetic movement, taking into account its general and specific relations is recommended in the article. It is first proposed to consider economic growth and its nature in general. Then need to research the general process of economic growth in different countries, highlighting its abstract features and patterns. At the next level of research, taking into account specific historical and national features, it is recommended to analyze the conditions and prospects for economic growth in modern domestic conditions. At the final stage, it is necessary to formulate recommendations for intensifying the growth of the domestic economy. It is assumed that in this way it is possible to form effective theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for stimulating the economic boom in modern Ukrainian realities, because these methods help to identify the objective prerequisites, actual problems and ways of economic growth of the domestic economy.
