Боргова безпека України

Abstract

У роботі розкрито фінансово-економічну сутність боргової безпеки держави та з’ясовано її роль в системі фінансово-економічної безпеки держави. Проаналізовано науково-методичні підходи щодо оцінювання рівня боргової безпеки держави, стан та структуру державного боргу України й проведено оцінку боргової безпеки України. Висвітлено зарубіжний досвід формування та організації управління борговою безпекою та запропоновано шляхи її покращенняThe work reveals the financial and economic essence of the state's debt security and clarifies its role in the state's financial and economic security system. The scientific and methodological approaches to assessing the level of the state's debt security, the state and structure of the state debt of Ukraine were analyzed, and an assessment of the debt security of Ukraine was carried out. The foreign experience of formation and organization of debt security management is highlighted and ways of its improvement are suggested
