Облік та аудит розрахункових операцій (на прикладі ТОВ «Смартагент»

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти обліку та аудиту розрахункових операцій підприємства, методика та організація обліку, аудиту, оцінка внутрішнього контролю у ТОВ «Смартагент». Проаналізовано економічну сутність розрахункових операцій, наведено класифікацію за різними ознаками, визначено особливості організації обліку розрахункових операцій, досліджено правове законодавство, що регулює облік, наведена характеристика ТОВ «Смартагент», визначені особливості обліку розрахунків з дебіторами та кредиторами підприємства та надані рекомендації з удосконалення, проведено оцінку безперервності діяльності для цілей аудиту, розроблено програму аудиту та проведено аналіз фінансово-економічної діяльності підприємства. Запропоновано проводити розрахунок теперішньої вартості довгострокової заборгованості, включати цю заборгованість в балансі зо довгострокових зобов’язань.

The work deals with theoretical aspects of accounting and audit of settlement operations of an enterprise, methods and organization of accounting, audit, and assessment of internal control in Smartagent LLC. The author analyzes the economic essence of settlement transactions, provides a classification by various features, defines the peculiarities of organization of accounting for settlement transactions, studies the legal legislation regulating accounting, provides a description of Smartagent LLC, defines the peculiarities of accounting for settlements with debtors and creditors of the enterprise and provides recommendations for improvement, assesses the going concern for the purposes of audit, develops an audit program and analyzes the financial and economic activities of the enterprise There were proposed to calculate the present value of long-term debt, to include this debt in the balance sheet as long-term liabilities.
