Мотивація як складова управління персоналом та чинник конкурентних переваг (на прикладі ТОВ «Джапан Ойл Компані»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти мотивації як складової управління персоналом та чинника конкурентних переваг. Розкрито сутність мотивації, її впливу на персонал та на ефективність роботи підприємства. Проаналізовано техніко-економічні показники ТОВ «Джапан Ойл Компані». Запропоновано рекомендації щодо удосконалення управління мотивацією персоналу на ТОВ «Джапан Ойл Компані»Qualifying work on obtaining a bachelor's degree in the specialty 051 “Economics“ for the educational program “Personnel management and labor economics“.- Odessa National Economics University. – Odessa, 2023.
