Ефективність наукових досліджень і використання інноваційного потенціалу вищого навчального закладу

Abstract

Для розв’язання завдань дисертаційного дослідження та перевірки наукових гіпотез використовувалися загальнотеоретичні методи емпіричного дослідження, економіко-статистичні та математичні методи аналізу, моделювання та прогнозування, методи абстрактно-логічного та причинно-наслідкового зв’язку застосовувалися для удосконалення класифікації інноваційних процесів у ВНЗ, методи системного аналізу та групування для виявлення залежностей між окремими показниками, розрахунково конструктивні методи для обґрунтування запропонованої методики оцінки ефективності наукових досліджень, графічний метод забезпечив наочне відображення результатів функціонування наукової сфери ВНЗ.Інформаційною базою дослідження були дані наукових робіт українських та зарубіжних дослідників, державні законодавчі акти України, нормативні документи, публікації Держкомстату України, Головного управління ста тистики в Одеській області, періодичних видань, матеріали наукових конференцій, звітність вищих навчальних закладів, матеріали анкетування та спостережень, проведених автором.

General theoretical methods of empirical research, economic-statistical and mathematical methods of analysis, modeling and forecasting were used to solve the tasks of the dissertation research and test scientific hypotheses, the methods of abstract-logical and cause-and-effect communication were used to improve the classification of innovative processes in universities, methods system analysis and clustering for detection dependencies between individual indicators, computationally constructive methods for substantiating the proposed method of evaluating the effectiveness of scientific research, the graphic method provided a visual display of the results of the functioning of the scientific sphere of universities. The information base of the study was data from the scientific works of Ukrainian and foreign researchers, state legislative acts of Ukraine, regulatory documents, publications of the State Committee of Statistics of Ukraine, the Main Department of Statistics in the Odesa Region, periodicals, materials of scientific conferences, reports of higher educational institutions, materials of questionnaires and observations conducted by the author.
