Організація бізнес-процесів як основа процесного управління підприємством

Abstract

У статті узагальнено функціональну схему керування, проаналізовано позитивні та негативні аспекти функціональної схеми управління. Авторами узагальнено процесну схему управління, надано визначення поняттю «система» та наведено її характерні ознаки. Проаналізовано підходи до визначення поняття «бізнес-процеси». Наведено основні аспекти організації бізнес-процесів на підприємстві та заходи щодо організації. Проілюстровано схему стандартного ланцюжка управлінського циклу.

The article summarizes the functional control scheme, analyzes the positive and negative aspects of the functional control scheme. The authors summarized the management process scheme, defined the concept of "system" and gave its characteristic features. Approaches to defining the concept of "business processes" have been analyzed. The main aspects of the organization of business processes at the enterprise and measures related to the organization are presented. The scheme of the standard chain of the management cycle is illustrated.
