| Abstract: | В тезах розглянуто мобінг у трудовому колективі як мультидисциплінарне психологічне явище. Охарактеризовано ознаки та форми психологічного насилля щодо членів трудового колективу. Визначено види спрямованості мобінгу у системі соціально-трудових відносин. The thesis examines mobbing in the workforce as a multidisciplinary psychological phenomenon. The signs and forms of psychological violence against members of the labor team are characterized. Types of orientation of mobbing in the system of social and labor relations are determined. |
