Cоціальна функція держави як ключовий напрям реалізації фінансової політики щодо скорочення соціальної нерівності

Abstract

Метою статті є розгляд соціальної функції держави як напряму реалізації фінансової політики та у контексті її значення для подолання негативних наслідків соціальної нерівності. Стан соціальної нерівності в країні розглядається як індикатор ефективності реалізації соціальної функції держави та результативності досягнення її цілей у сфері фінансової політики. Зазначено, що реалізація соціальної функції залежить від фінансової кон'юнктури та системи, що існує в країні, способів фінансової взаємодії та обсягів відповідальності щодо фінансування.

The article is devoted to consideration of the social function of the state as a direction of financial policy implementation and in the context of its importance for overcoming the negative consequences of social inequality. The state of social inequality in the country is considered as an indicator of the effectiveness of the implementation of the social function of the state and the effectiveness of achieving its goals in the field of financial policy. It is noted that the implementation of the social function depends on the financial situation and the system existing in the country, the methods of financial interaction and the amount of responsibility for financing.
