Дослідження ефективності системи управління персоналом (на прикладі ТОВ «ТД Елітне насіння»)

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження - процес управління персоналом на ТОВ «ТД Елітне насіння». У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти ефективності системи управління персоналом. Проаналізовано загальноекономічний стан господарюючого суб’єкту та стан ефективності системи управління персоналом на ТОВ «ТД Елітне насіння». Запропоновано напрямки підвищення ефективності системи управління персоналом на ТОВ «ТД Елітне насіння», а також рoзрaхoвaнo eкoнoмiчнo–coцiaльну eфeктивнicть зaпрoпoнoвaних зaхoдiв.The bachelor thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, and conclusions. The work has 94 pages, 15 tables and figures. – 24, 30 lit. sources. The object of the study is the personnel management process at "Elite Seeds" Trading House LLC. Theoretical aspects of the effectiveness of the personnel management system are considered in the work. The overall economic condition of the business entity and the state of effectiveness of the personnel management system at "Elite Seeds" Trading House LLC were analyzed. Directions for improving the efficiency of the personnel management system at "Elite Seeds" Trading House LLC are proposed, as well as the economic and social effectiveness of the proposed measures is calculated.
